Test Process
A PEA POD body composition assessment is extremely simple, comfortable for the subject, and takes only about 7 minutes.
The test sequence is as follows:
- Basic subject information is entered into the computer.
- The PEA POD is calibrated.
- The infant’s mass is measured using the integrated scale.
- The infant’s body volume is measured while lying inside the PEA POD.
- Test results are displayed, which can then be printed, saved, and/or exported.
