Indirect Calorimetry with Fitmate on Costarican TV
On the 31st of August 2010, the TV show Giros de Repretel on the Costarican Canal 6 broadcasted a special feature on indirect calorimetry.
It was showed how the Fitmate PRO works, what it measures and how it could help in suggesting a correct diet and exercise prescription. Both resting metabolism and VO2max tests were shown.
