Alex Urlando
President and Chief Operating Officer
Alex has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of LMI since April of 2007, and oversees all day-to-day business activities and strategic development of the Company. He joined LMI in October of 2000, serving previously as Product Manager and Vice President of Operations, where he led product development and efficiency improvement efforts for the Company.
Alex holds a B.S.A.E. with a Mechanical Systems Emphasis from the University of Georgia, a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
Steve Roberts
Chief Financial Officer
In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for all financial aspects of the LMI organization, in addition to managing the Company’s Human Resources function. He was promoted to CFO in January of 2004. Having joined LMI in December of 1995, Steve previously served in accounting, human resources, quality assurance, and operations.
Steve holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College, an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, CPA Certification in IA, and a Human Resource Management Certification from the University of California, Berkeley.
Joe Joyce
Vice President of Sales, North America
As Vice President of North American Sales, Joe is responsible for managing all sales activities at LMI within the U.S. and Canada. He joined the Company in October of 2000, serving initially as LMI’s Midwest Regional Manager, and was appointed to his current position in January of 2006.
He has over fifteen years experience in medical sales and management working at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Mallinckrodt Medical, and Comdiso, Inc.
Joe holds a B.A. in Communications from Illinois State University.
Tom MacLeod
Director, Worldwide Marketing
Tom is responsible for LMI’s worldwide market strategy. He joined LMI in March of 2005 as Director of International Sales and was responsible for leading the company’s efforts to expand internationally.
Prior to LMI, Tom held various positions at Embark, an on-demand software provider, acquired by The Princeton Review.
Tom holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
